SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 48 business hours (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Shipping Time: Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days. Please allow up to 7 business days total after order confirmation to receive your items.
Tracking: Tracking details will be sent via email once your order has been processed. You can track your shipment through the USPS website:

Note: Once your order has been shipped, Krystal Beauty Cosmetics is not responsible for any delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
All sales are FINAL. Please review your order carefully before checking out to ensure that all items and quantities are correct.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except in the case of damaged or defective items.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item:
1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@kbkbeauty.shop.
2. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
3. Once reviewed and approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label for the item to be shipped back.
4. Upon receiving the returned product, you may choose between:
• A replacement item, or
• Store credit for the same value.
IMPORTANT:
• Refunds or replacements will not be issued without prior approval.
• Krystal Beauty Kosmetics reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
• We are not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties on international orders.
ORDER ACCURACY
Please double-check all shipping information before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.
